Included :

• Control and verification of all documents required for customs
• Complete management of customs administrative procedures
• Presentation of the vehicle and documents to the competent authorities
• Handling of necessary trips for the execution of the service (after submission of documents and the vehicle)

Not included :

• Search or acquisition of the vehicle abroad
• Transport of the vehicle from abroad (upon estimate)
• Transport of the vehicle from the client's home or customs to the client's home (upon estimate)
• Customs fees, import taxes, or other official fees (at the client's expense)

Estimated time: 1 to 3 business days

Terms: payment is made online at the time of order. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email within a maximum of 24 hours allowing you to schedule the necessary appointment for the submission of the vehicle and documents. If you do not receive any email within this timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder, then contact BPL. 

If the client cancels the service after payment, the amount paid will be refunded, minus €5 retained for banking processing fees (transaction and refund fees, non-recoverable).
