Included:

• In-depth analysis of your search criteria (model, year, mileage, options, budget, etc.)
• Active and targeted search through our network of partners and reliable sources, in Luxembourg as well as in the selected countries
• Pre-selection and presentation of vehicles that meet your expectations
• Travel for inspection and verification of the vehicle's history and general condition (visual, history) — included in the quote
• Negotiation of the purchase price on your behalf
• Management of administrative formalities related to the purchase (Luxembourg or abroad)
• Expert advice on models and options Vehicle inspection (optional): An inspection (Basic, Detailed, or Complete) can be added for an additional fee according to your needs; the terms and rates will be presented to you directly during our exchanges (on-site or by phone).

Not included:

• Transport of the acquired vehicle to your home (upon quote)
• Purchase costs of the vehicle (price of the vehicle itself)
• Customs fees, import taxes, or other official fees for a purchase abroad (to be borne by the client)
• Registration or technical control fees (these services can be added separately through our Registration Services)
• Repairs or preparation of the vehicle before delivery

Estimated time: depending on vehicle availability and search complexity

Payment and appointment terms: the quote is paid online to initiate the mission. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email within a maximum of 24 hours to arrange the first appointment. If you do not receive any email within this timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder, then contact BPL. 

If, during this appointment, no agreement is reached (on the vehicle sought, the conditions, or the price), or if the client cancels the appointment or the service after payment, the amount paid will be refunded to you, minus €5 retained for banking processing fees (transaction and refund fees, non-recoverable). Once an agreement is reached and the mission is launched, no refund can be granted.
